Baptism is a requirement for salvation! This is not an opinion. This is not an "interpretation" of scripture. JESUS SAID IT! This was one of the most difficult podcasts to create because A.I. wants to be neutral on the subject. Your church may not emphasize the need for Baptism, or may not do it at all. It's worth questioning... not with your church elders or even what ChatGPT says. There is an important lesson on discernment here: READ WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS. We call out Mark 16:16 because the fi...

Religion and Tradition prevents Paul's message from sinking into those who can't let go of a lifetime of religion and practice. Acts 13 highlights why it was such a difficult message for the Jews. Put yourself in a place where you have deeply embedded beliefs and practices and then someone comes along and challenges you whole world view. So, why even start in the Synagogues. There were people there were not so entrenched in the Jewish Law. The "God Fearers". Remember Cornelius (Acts 10). These ...

This whole chapter needs to make it to the big screen. Maybe a future episode of "The Chosen"! It's epic. 1. 1st Apostle Martyred 2. Peter's supernatural escape from prison 3. Herod dealt with by God Paul and Barnabas pick up right where they leave off. Acts 12 Notes

If you've heard about Torah Codes (or Bible Codes), you might dismiss this Podcast - BUT HOLD ON. This is different. This is NOT a random sequence of letters that most Bible Code enthusiasts love to find. This is much more complex than that. 1. The codes are repetitive and predictable (once you know the sequence) 2. The words (revealed in the Podcast) are repeated over and over again... this is not just the random appearance of a word the might or might not be by chance. The probability of...

Who "Walked With God"? What does it mean and how can you do it to? It's easier than you think. Here's some scripture to refer back to. Psalm 32:8 "I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you." Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future." Isaiah 55:8-9 "'For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways...

Put the right message in front of people and the message takes off. "How, then, can they call on the one they have not believed in? And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them? And how can anyone preach unless they are sent? As it is written: 'How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!'" (Romans 10:14-15)

Mixing it up today. I lean toward country music, so my apologies if that's not your taste. I created this song as a metaphor for complete surrender to God. I hope you like it. I've tacked on the first copy of the song at the end of the podcast.

I know this whole topic seems out there... but is it really? Elon Musk has already succeeded with Neurolink! AI is taking off. We were introduced the whole concept of nano technology during COVID. Reports of UFO's all over the place (real or imagined?). Ultimately, whether you want to believe it or not, your response is simple: stay grounded and hold fast to your Bible. This podcast was inspired by this video from Chuck Missler. He's no slouch when it comes to the Bible and this plays like a do...

If your faith isn't rooted in the Gospels, check your sources. Stick to this> If a religion pops up after these eye-witness accounts (Matthew, Mark, Luke, John) and you follow them, you are wading into dangerous territory. Spend time in your Old Testament - IT POINTS TO CHRIST. As you read it, always be on the lookout for your savior! He's there on every page! I pray that you're not led astray. Three Scriptures to remember: John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: ...

God orchestrates a meeting between Cornelius and Peter. How the events unfold in this chapter is awesome. A testimony to how God is always working behind the scenes to make sure His Will Be Done! Acts 10 teaches us that obedience often comes before understanding. If God tells you to do something, do it! You'll flush out the meaning as you do what God has commanded. It also teaches us to read your Old Testament! Cornelius knew God! He was ready for the message of Jesus and Peter was the right man...

If you were witnessing endtimes, how would it look if you had no biblical perspective? If these descriptions all seem too real, time to brush up! A lot of Christians seem to want to avoid discussions of Tribulation. A lot of pastors never talk about it. Revelation, by contrast, says that those who hear this will be blessed! Read it, learn it and understand it. It's fascinating and you may need a worldview that makes sense when this starts all rolling out in real time.

I was wrestling (still am) with how much time do I spend with God vs. the rest of my day. People kept telling me - balance! I'm convinced that is the wrong answer. You don't put your bible away after you read a couple of chapters and go on and do your thing at work. Ultimately, what I am trying to figure out is how to keep God close to me everywhere and in everything I do, and that includes work. This short podcast is about what happens when we leave God and go to work. I'm podcasting through th...

This podcast walks you through the questions I think all Christians have. Can you live a sinless life. Can you be sinless even for a day? How was Jesus able to accomplish a sinful life as a human and what does that mean for us. How does recognizing the chasm between our sinful nature and a perfect God, glorify God? That ultimately is the question we're asking.

I found this years ago on YouTube and saved it. This message still resonates today. A poem by Marshall Soulful Jones. It's convicting and thought provoking. https://youtu.be/GAx845QaOck?si=1iR8jVvUokRyFab9

I produced this podcast after watching an episode of House (Hugh Laurie stars in a medical series about a crass doctor - Gregory House - who is in constant pain and addicted to Vicodin). It got me to thinking about how close the cycle of sin and the cycle of addiction really are and as I went down this rabbit-hole, it became more obvious. I've had to deal with addiction in my family - we probably all have - and we need to step back and recognize that not only might you be able to help a person w...

Do the current events in the 2024 - 2025 news cycle point to End Times? Dr. Barnett issues two YouTube videos that seem to point in that direction! Dr. John Barnett has been teaching the Word of God for 30+ years. Born and raised in Michigan, John has studied at Michigan State University, Bob Jones University (B.S., B.A., M.A., M. Div.), L'Abri Fellowship in Villars, Switzerland, & The Master's Seminary (faculty), Dallas Theological Seminary (D.Min). https://youtu.be/O14Wh8Pxb4s?si=aDHiiC7lzZ8...

You may have heard Him referred to as "the God of the Jews". Let's look through history and understand that God is THE GOD of all nations. This podcast helps understand the role of the Jews in God's message. Let's unshackle the God of the Bible from the chains of our human limitations..

Saul became Paul through a dramatic conversion experience on the road to Damascus, as described in Acts 9. Saul was a zealous Pharisee who persecuted Christians, believing he was serving God by rooting out what he saw as a heretical sect. Paul bridges the transition from the God of the Hebrews to the God of all.

Understanding the geography is key to understanding end times prophecy. This is eye opening, if not a bit unsettling.

God is there when you need Him. He has been there all along. We track divine providence from Adam and Even all the way to Jesus showing how God saved the world.

If you present the truth, it spreads by itself. It's interesting... truth cannot die. A lie eventually will destroy itself... the truth is eternal. The early church takes off when the truth of the gospel is revealed. It's not difficult to understand how the gospel message is still alive and growing. Truth prevails.

We asked ChatGPT to tell us based on its knowledge of current world events and its understanding of the Bible and commentary what it's best guess for how end times scenarios might play out. Strap in... it's a wild ride and for the faint of heart, it can be a bit unsettling. It's OK... God's Got You. Just stay focused on Him. Remember when Peter walked on water (for those of you not reading your Bible, Peter did too walk on water!). When Peter turned away and started looking at the storms and th...

I just wanted to know the origin of Valentine's Day, so I asked and answered. Happy Valentine's Day, y'all! A Modern Valentine’s Dream Inspired by Chaucer for our modern ears Love takes time, yet life is brief, A fleeting joy, a spark so sweet. A mystery profound, both sharp and bright, It lifts the heart, then fades from sight. When love takes hold, it pulls me deep— I float, I sink, I wake, I sleep. I do not know love’s ways firsthand, Nor how it moves at fate’s command. But oft in b...

For people who have never read the bible or want to understand it before they start, read Stephen's speech in Acts 7. It is one of my favorites in the Bible for both its depth and its brevity. I've created two Bible Study you can retrieve here plus a reading plan that can be completed in about 30 days and would give you an amazing insight into the Bible.
