Mark's Ending - Take It or Leave It

We are on the other side of the crucifixion. Easter has passed, and on our Red-Letter journey, we come up to what I can only describe as jarring! When you have invested as much time as we have and focused on the harmony of all four gospels, there is something in Mark's last chapter that I've simply highlighted and marked as OPTIONAL. Let's explain.
We have added Mike Winger's research and transcript to this Podcast. Mike has done an in-depth study of Mark 16. We summarize his video transcript in the notes' appendix and provide a direct link to his more than 2-hour podcast on YouTube here.

Our Podcast is called "Mark's Ending, Take It or Leave It". That is intended to raise an eyebrow, but I want to explain it this way. If you end your reading at verse 8 of Mark 16, you're OK. The other 3 Gospels, harmonized, complete the picture. Nothing is lost by losing or keeping that section of Mark. In other words, don't throw the baby out with the bathwater. The ending in Mark is not wrong, but I think you'll agree with me, it's not written by Mark. There's a lot we can learn from this section.
